It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Hartsey of Louisville, Illinois, who passed away on September 14, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Sarah Elizabeth Harrington (Sutton); her husband Ivan Paul Hartsey; her son Ivan Hartsey Jr.; her brothers, Floyd, Charlie, George, Forest, Herb, Henry Dale and Kenneth Harrington; and her son-in-law Randy Byers.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Byers of Flora and Steve Hartsey (Linda) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Brett, Mandy (Keith) and Mitch (Robin); and her great grandchildren, Stormie (Austen), Summer, Austin, Abby, Jacob (Kenzie) and Jaden. She is also survived by 3 great-great-grandchildren; 3 half-brothers; 3 half-sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
