He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fisher and Evelyn Fisher (Paulson); his siblings, Larry Fisher and Bonnie Millard; and his grandson Kolin Lionberger.

He is survived by: his wife Diana of Lostant; his daughters, Patti Ann Seei of Houston, TX, Michelle Hoge (Scott) of Tonica and Raquel Fisher of Temecula, CA; his grandchildren, Candis, Christopher, Braydee, Carissa, Tyler, Kelsi and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Landon, Lola, Ireland, Hayleigh, Alyvia, Carter and Teagan; and his brother Robert Fisher of Oglesby.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
