She was predeceased by: her parents, John Obenhin and Anna Obenhin (Pent); her husband Ronald W. Puetz; her daughter Gail Mertel; and her sister Marion Padilla.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marsha Moroni (Cyril) of Streator, Rhonda Colmone (Gary) of Peru and Diane Wichmann (John) of Caledonia; her grandchildren, LeAnn Johnson (Butch), Amy Naas (Cary), Angela Smith (Ryan), Gina White (Chris), John Kreiser, John Mertel, James Kreiser (Stacy), Mark Moroni (Cara), Emilie Lyman (Sean), Erica Griglione (Jake), Alyssa Wichmann, Luke Wichmann, Sarah Fruit (Darren) and Anna Wichmann; her stepgrandchildren, Chris Colmone (Val), Joseph Colmone (Julie) and Adam Colmone (Nicole); her son-in-law John Mertel; her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Puetz and Glen Fredrickson; and her nieces, Suzanne Kovalcik and Sharon Steffey. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
