He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mack and Emilie Mack (Van Den Berge); and his brother Roy Mack. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Kinkin of Lostant; his children, Nicholas Wiley (Bridget Napier) of Mark, Matthew Mack (Cherokee Gillispie) of Cherry and Kari Volker (Chris) of Wenona; and his brother Thomas Mack (Debbie) of Braidwood. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
