He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Miller Chambers; his child Jodi Petz (Mark); his grandchildren, Layla Petz and Scarlett Petz; his siblings-in-law, Cathy Pietrasiuk, John Miller (Cheryl), Pat Miller (Julie), Tom Miller (Chris), Mary Harden, Sharon Miller and Jim Miller (Xenia); his nieces and nephews, Ben, Jacob, Maggie, Alex, Amanda, Kristen, Katie, Max, Grace, Bernie, Tom, Michael, Dan, Mary, Megan, Karly, John, Courtney, Jeff, Kevin, Nanci, Jenny and Suzanne; and his parents-in-law, Margaret Miller and Jack Miller. He is also survived by his wife, family, and friends.
