With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca L Dowell of London Mills, Illinois, born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zenas Dowell and Norma Dowell (Norville); and her brother Dan Dowell. She is survived by: her brother Russ Dowell (Carol) of London Mills; her sister-in-law Linda Dowell of London Mills; her nieces and nephews, Tim Dowell (Heidi), David Dowell, Ryan Dowell (Matt), Lisa Shultz (Josh) and Jessie Dowell (Kyle); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Paris, Trey, Payton, Dawson, Chase, Zelda and Jaxon.
