She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Merlin and Beulah Louise Burnett (Murphy); her daughter Melanie Burnett; her siblings, Patty Burnett, Danny Burnett, Robert Burnett, Richard "Dick" Burnett and Steve Burnett; and her great grandchild Melanie Ayers.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Sulteen; her children, Chastity Sulteen of London Mills, Kathy Sulteen of Hanna City, IL, Butch Sulteen (Darlene) of Avon, IL, Tom Sulteen of Pekin, Quentin Sulteen of London Mills and Robert Sulteen of London Mills; her grandchildren, Carrie Burns, Denise Thompson, Adam Thompson, Destany Ayers and Paige Ayers; and her siblings, Barb Johnson, Delores Kenny (Burney) of Avon, Debbie Dildine (James) of Ellisville, IL and Ronnie Burnett (Char) of Peoria. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to the Dixie Sulteen Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home.
