She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maria Cervishi and Koco Cervishi; her husband Sotir Polena; and her children, Efthim Polena (Jera Riza), Gjergji Polena (Shqiperie Polena), Edmond Polena (Efta Kondakci), Vilma Llazari (Nesti Llazari), Korca and Vasilika. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and spouses, as well as 13 great-grandchildren.
