He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Olsen and Lorraine Olsen; and his brother Kenneth (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Olsen; his children, Kyle, Jennifer and Laura; his siblings, Jill, Susan, Peter (Margie), Rob (Laura) and Fond; his nieces and nephews, Erik (Kathleen), Chuck, Robert (Stacey), Brogen and Zachary; and his aunt Judy Olsen.
