He was predeceased by: his uncle Jack; and his parents, Thomas Edward and Ann Theresa White. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Ann White; his children, Margaret "Maggie" Ann, Elizabeth "Beth" Jane and Thomas "Tommy" Edward White III; his sister Ann Marie White; his mother-in-law Margaret "Peggy" Dullard; and his aunt Mary Ann Byrnes.
