She was predeceased by: her husband George Shutes; and her sister Katherine Faulkner. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynne Muller (late Wayne) and Carolyn Shutes Sylos; her grandchildren, Suzanne Fagan-Gardner, Cari Fagan, Kimberly Kraft, Mary Anne Holliday and John Sylos; her great grandchildren, Grant, Jack, Mia, Zoe and Max; and her goddaughter Elizabeth St. John.
