He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn L Holst; his children, Mark W. Holst, David R. Holst (Heather Nelson), Julie A. Stiers (Larry) and Laura L. Wilkinson (Tony); his grandchildren, Madeline Stiers, Abigail Wilkinson, Katherine Wilkinson and Calvin Holst; and his sister-in-law Patricia Biel (late Chester). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
