With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Lewaniak of Lombard, Illinois, who passed away on April 19, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Lewaniak and Frances Lewaniak; her sibling Thomas Lewaniak (Alice); her nieces, Kathleen Hoh (Joe), Julie LaCroix (Peter) and Jacqueline Monco (John); her nephew Anthony Lewaniak; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abigail, Ethan, Trevor Hoh, Kailey, Gracie LaCroix, Jackson and Audrey Monco.
