It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia E. Kotilinek of Lombard, Illinois, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Fred; her parents, Willis S. Perkins and Simone M.; her sister Jeanne Walter (late Snags); and her siblings-in-law, Dolores Horan (late Tom) and Jim Kotilinek.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Kotilinek (Carrie), Lisa Gierczak (Glenn) and Sandi Schultz (Dan); her grandchildren, Heidi (Mike), Matthew (Ashley), Carly (Spencer), Max (Katie), Amy, Danny, Nate and Will; her great grandchild Grace Evelyn; her siblings, Suzanne Coffman (Richard) and Bill Perkins (Joyce); and her adoptive child Ly Nguyen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
