She is survived by: her children, Mary Puchalski (Steve), Kurt Haack (Tracy), Annie DeYoung (Bill Smith), Jon Haack and Richard Haack (Heidi); her grandchildren, Joshua Puchalski (Amanda), Alisa Palmer (Jason), Valerie Warfield (Chris), Nathaniel Puchalski (Courtney Veit), Cole Haack, Zackery Haack and Reed Haack; her great grandchild Emmett Warfield; and her siblings-in-law, Rena Tinklenberg, Shirley Tinklenberg and Jerry Keen.
