He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Hickey Jr. and Barbara Kania (Joseph); and his father-in-law Wilbert. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Michael J. IV Hickey (Lainie) and Michelle Sepede (Franco); his grandchildren, Francesco, Michael Sepede, Mikayla Hickey, Mario and Angela Sepede; his sister Mary Hickey; his mother-in-law Marie Worth; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Bozich (late Joseph) and Janice Horwath (Richard).
