We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2022, at the age of 96, Margaret Rasmussen of Lombard, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Rasmussen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Ragnhild E. Jensen (Gøtsche); her brothers, Ronald and Frederik; her spouse Bjarne B. Rasmussen; and her father Rev. John M. Jensen.

She is survived by: her children, John (Lenae) of Texas, Carl (Nancy) of Illinois, Marie of Illinois and Ron of Iowa. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be given to Augsburg Lutheran Churches (ALC), the North American Lutheran Church (NALC), or to Messiah Lutheran Church. (Checks can be written to Marie Rasmussen, 307 Circle Avenue, Lombard IL 60148. She will distribute the funds to your chosen recipient.) Fellowship dinner at 3:45 at Maggiano's Little Italy 240 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
