It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Smotrys (Lombard, Illinois), who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Smotrys and Helen Smotrys; and his brother Larry Smotrys. He is survived by: his children, Steven Smotrys (Lauren), Jennifer Jaloway (late John) and Michael Smotrys (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, Nicholas, Ally, Rachael, Joey, Samantha, Sophie, Jack, Henry, Charlie and Kate; his sisters, Susan Wick (John), Joan Opoka (Jim) and Maryanne Jackson (Phil); and his pet Angel.
