She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Deckworth; her daughter Susan Schultz (late John); and her sister Eleanore. She is survived by: her children, Wayne A. (Gina) and Allison Deckworth; her grandchildren, John Jr. Schultz (Tam), Shantell Shields (Justin), Nicole Woltman (Tim), Christopher Deckworth (Michelle), Ashley and Joey Deckworth; and her great grandchildren, Genevieve, Matthew, Brantley and Riley.
