He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Hickey (Lorraine). He is survived by: his wife Susan (Peters); his brother Richard Hickey (Eddie); and his children, Deborah Hickey, James Hickey (Rebecca), Jennifer Selcke (Ronald) and Katherine Henderlong (Ryan). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association in his honor; a cause for which Kenneth regularly rode to fundraise.
