We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 76, Kathleen Yaksich of Lombard, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Regina Schmit and Peter Schmit; and her siblings, Jeannie Boklewski (Ed) and Michael Yaksich (Jane). She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Yaksich; and her siblings, Maureen Ratajesak (late Terry), Nancy Riley (Mike), Peter Schmit (Barb), Susan Maniscalco (Tony) and Richard Yaksich (late Mary).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Misericordia Home (https://www.misericordia.com) and Tunnels to Towers Foundation are appreciated.
