Joan M. (Huettemann) Maxey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. (Huettemann) Maxey of Lombard, Illinois, born in Peru, Illinois, who passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Huettemann and Frieda Huettemann (Gaus); her husband Bob; and her brothers, Lyle, Karl and Gary Huettemann.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Maxey (James Brinza) of Shaker Heights, OH, Sandra Maxey of Schaumburg and Dean Maxey of Carol Stream; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Huettemann of Peru. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Shriner's Hospital for Children or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
