He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Doli; his children, Tejal Mehta (Akash) and Sejal Shah-Myers (Matthew); his grandchildren, Asha and Shalin Mehta; and his siblings, Mrudula Shah (Chandravadan), Manorama Shah (Pankaj), Satendra Shah (Aruna) and Mahendra Shah (Renuka).
