He is survived by: his wife Monika Witkowska; his children, Lukasz Witkowski, Agnieszka Wroclawska, Lidia Eaton and Maciej Witkowski; his grandchildren, Olga Witkowska, Michal Eaton (Leah), Aleksandra Szymanska, Pola Witkowska, Max Wroclawski, Grace Eaton and Abbey Eaton; his great grandchildren, Jonathan Hill and Piotr Bryszewski; and his nieces and nephews, Izabella Skalska and Anna Baranowska.
