It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey A Sutarik (Lombard, Illinois), who passed away on October 26, 2019, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Haley; his parents, Ed Sutarik and Pat Sutarik; his grandparent Oris Ketchum; his parents-in-law, Deborah Markos and Peter Markos; his siblings, Ashley Shockey and Scott Sutarik; his brother-in-law Ted Markos (Sara); and his nieces and nephews, Madison Shockey, Cate and Pete Markos.
