She was predeceased by: her spouse Adam Walczak; and her sibling Marian Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Regena Sorensen (Wayne), Susan Shukin (Michael), Wendy Walczak, Devoted Grand, Adam Sorensen, Kimberly Shukin and Christopher Shukin; her great grandchild Autumn Rose; and her sibling Joseph Straka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
