Frederick Carter Obituary

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lois Carter, Gayle Carter and Julie Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Gracia Carter; his children, Sacheen Carter and Joshua Carter (Lauren); his grandchildren, Jalen, Lael, Kalem, Jaxen, Jace, Cordelia, Josiah and Miriam; and his siblings, Darryl Smith, Chioke Carter and Jamila Dorris.
