She was predeceased by: her husband John Blauw; her son John Blauw; and her grandsons, Ray Cook (Brenda) and George Slinkman. She is survived by: her children, Ken Blauw (Helen), Marilyn Cook (Ray) and Karen Slinkman (late George); her grandchildren, Dean Blauw (Diana), Randy Blauw (Debbie), Tammy Vos (Steve), Sheri Vanderbrug (Kyle), Cindy Vos (Ken), Deanna Roozeboom (Dave), Richard Cook (Judy), Linda Culver (late Stuart), James Cook (Lynelle), Christina Schaaf (Kurt), Daniel Slinkman, Deborah Copeland (John), Thomas Slinkman, Jill Blauw and Jason Blauw; and her sister Thelma Oldenburger.
