He was predeceased by: his parents, James Casina and Helen Casina (Pawelczyk); his wife Carole Slezak; his sister Carole Casina; and also, Matthew and Margaret Slezak.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas (Reene), Cassandra Luckinbill (Glenn) and Cheryl Helms (Eric); and his grandchildren, Ryan (Katie), Brittny, Chad Luckinbill, Matthew, Nathan and Nicholas Helms.
