He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Rosario Cacal; his children, MariBeth Hilo (late Roy), Marivic Neylon (late Michael), Edward (Nenette) and Jun Cacal (Judy); his grandchildren, Maribel Rose (Steve Nash), Roy Jr. Hilo (Jennifer), Adrianne, Katrina, Zachary Cacal, Jeremy, Jeffrey Cacal and Victoria Lim; and his great grandchild Charlotte.
