He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Sandrik and Lottie Sandrik (Kowalski). He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Sandrik of Lombard; his daughters, Megan Sandrik of Plainfield and Lauren Sandrik of Plainfield; his siblings, Mary Sue Sandrik of Berwyn and Kenneth; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Sandrik of Elmhurst.
