She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jose; her children, Vida Schmitt (Jim), Joe Nelle (Carrie) and Sharon McCurnin (Travis); her grandchildren, Olivia Page (Brian), Julia (Mitch Plonka), Nathaniel Schmitt, Maxwell, Jameson and Graham McCurnin; and her siblings, Yoly Escobar, Teresita Capili, Nasario, Arsenio, Cipriano, Robert Escobar, Belen Javier, Jovito Jr., Aristeo and Virgilio Escobar. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). A prayer will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
