It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Sean Pence (Lombard, Illinois), who passed away on June 20, 2024, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Pence. He is survived by: his mother Lauren Woods of Sandusky, OH; his wife Jennifer Copus Pence; his daughter Olivia Pence (Fynn); and his siblings, Timothy Pence of Youngsville, PA, Charles J. Pence, II of Philipsburg, MT, Michael A. Pence of Warren, PA, Dana R. (Pence), Nelson of Moseley, VA, Candi J. Heckathorn (Pence) of Kennerdell, PA, Greg Rex, Connell Rex and Kelly Rex.

“My family and I are so saddened for your loss. Chris was the sweetest guy always happy to text about Fynn getting together with Aiden for birthday parties or hang outs. The first time we met was at the band solo ensemble where Fynn and Aiden were playing a saxophone piece together. He was so proud of them for accomplishing the task. Whenever Chris would sub at the middle school Aiden would always come home and tell me about it. According to the middle schoolers he was the coolest most fun sub”
