Zezulak, Jr. (Diane E.), Phillip J. Zezulak (Amy M.), Sheri D. Goschy (Robertino Rojas) and Brian Zezulak; his grandchildren, Sonja, Sophia, Christina, Michael Jr., Paul and Maxwell; his great grandchild Jonathan; and his sister Patricia Kulik.
