He was predeceased by: his wife Nadine Swinford of Windsor; his parents, Carter Wilkey and Etoile Wilkey (Deacon); and his sisters, Betty Belle, Mary Katherine, Jean Etoile and Doris Joan.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Wilkey (Susan Dziedzic) and Patrick Wilkey (Diane); his grandchildren, Benjamin Wilkey (Buffy), Julie Semyck (Dave), Philip Wilkey (Jamie), Joseph Wilkey (Meredith McGinley) and Maureen Wilkey (Dennis Bolus); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Jackson, Charlotte, Luke, Ava, Owen, William, Ella, Connor, Evan, Grace and Dylan.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions can be made to Windsor Storm Memorial Library or Windsor United Methodist Church.
