He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Kostka; his children, Jeffrey Kostka, Kerry Kostka and Kevin Kostka; and his parents, Arthur and Rose.
He is survived by: his sons, David Kostka (Deborah) and Michael Kostka (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jason, Christopher (Courtney), Daniel (Alison), Kelly Nolan (Dave), Tyler (Caprinna), Kevin and Carly Kostka; and his great grandchildren, Micah, Noah, Hannah, Rowan, Chase, Dristen, Taylor, Jaden, Peyton and Kaleb.
