Though Arlene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Arlene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harold C. Jensen; her children, Debra Sproat (Steve), Rick Knueppel (Nikki) and Amy Fisher (Rich); and her stepson Mark Jensen (Julie). She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (545 Ardmore Ave, Villa Park, IL 60181). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
