She was predeceased by: her husband Jack C. Forte; her son Barry Forte (Susie Johnston); and her siblings, Caesar Lorie (Beverly), Theresa Perrin (Lee), Salvina "Sally" Bavido (Joe) and Eugene Loria (Loretta).
She is survived by: her children, Jim Forte, Stephen Forte (Karen), Maureen Undzis (Arnold) and Janet Gerlesits (Bob); her grandchildren, Paul Forte (Jen), Michael Forte (Stephanie Wuerth), Alex, Zach, Brianna Undzis and Cory Powell (Doris); and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Frankie Powell.
