He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Todd and Fern Tate Todd; his former wife Cleo; his brother Rex Bennett; and also Cleo Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Septer; his children, Linda Wilke (Scott) of Washington, Deanna Bennett (Kendra) of Washington and Tracy Bennett (Denise) of Washington; his stepchildren, Martha McKinney (David) of Farmington, IA, Michael Septer (June) of Farmington, IA and Donald Septer of Milton, IA; and his siblings, Merlin Todd (Nora) of Lomax, Jack Todd (Dixie) of Lomax, Danny Todd of Lomax and Jan Todd of Lomax. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandson, seven step grandchildren, six step great grandchildren.
