She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd "Tuffy" Maynard and Elizabeth Nichols Maynard; and her siblings, Butch Maynard, Dorothy Gilpin, Daisy Bundy and Marrietta Hnat.
She is survived by: her husband Henry "Doc" Rockhold; her sons, Kevin Worley (Evie) of Gladstone, IL, Kelly Worley (Grace) of Lomax, IL and Kendall Worley of Burlington, IA; her stepsons, Shawn Rockhold of Huntsville, AL and Sam Rockhold of Huntsville, AL; and her siblings, Tom Maynard (Melody) of Pontoosuc, IL and Sonja Shipman (Henry) of Dallas City, IL.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
