She was predeceased by: her father Charles "John"; her husband Joseph McSparen; her sister Doris Hawley of West Burlington, Iowa.; her son Ted McSparen; and her grandsons, Michael, Stephen and Daniel McSparen.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary McSparen (Linetta) of Lomax and Tracy McSparen (Doris) of Wayland, Missouri; her grandchildren, David McSparen, Lindsay Cochran, Ryan McSparen, Katie Ludens, Anthony Cabral and Timothy Cabral; her great grandchildren, Lance Ludens, Graysen Ludens, Annie Cochran, Addalyn McSparen, Wyatt McSparen, Isaac Cabral and Tristan Cabral; and her brother Milford Pence of Lomax.
