She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Ray Clark and Nellie M. Clark (Little); her sister Bernice; her brother-in-law Wesley Dunn; and her nephew Clark Dunn.
She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Vaughn of Lomax; her children, Donna Anderson (Brian) of Fishers, IN, Diana Helling (Dale) of Iowa City, IA, Denise Hanley (Chris) of Peoria, IL and Lance Vaughn (Danielle) of Altoona, IA.; and her grandchildren, Drew Helling, Meagan, Erin Hanley, Katie and Lauren Vaughn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
