Geraldine Meeks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Meeks of Lomax, Illinois, born in Dallas City, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland and Frances Hoskins (Crosley); her husband Leon Meeks; her siblings, Goldie Worley, Elizabeth Smith, Joan Powelson, Donna Powelson, Albert, John, Joe, Grover and Harvey Hoskins; and her son-in-law Brian Warden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Ferguson (Larry) of Blandinsville and Cindy Warden of Farmington, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Tim Ferguson, Aaron Ferguson, Brandi Upchurch, Kenny Warden, Nicole Warden, Niki Williams and Megan Warden. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Following the services her body will be donated to science. A memorial fund has been established for the American Cancer Society or The Elms.
