She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lee Summers and Helen Loretta Summers (Irvin); her husband Keith Rushing; her granddaughter Jacy Lee Moon; and her brother Jesse "Brub" Summers.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Noriega of Clinton, PA and Shannon Bartkowiak of Burbank, IL; her grandchildren, Dakota Anthony Bartkowiak and Cheyenne Marie Moon; and her siblings, Stoval of Cleveland, TN and George "Slick" Summers of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
