He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William "Chuckles" and Mary "Ginna" Piper of Virginia; his brothers, Donnie Piper and John Richard Piper; and his grandparents, Perry, Bonnie Piper, Charles F. and Margaret Lennon.
He is survived by: his pet Zoe; his wife Jeannie; his children, William and Brandee Pavlovich (Michael); his grandchildren, Kierstyn, Keely, Justin and Sarah; and his siblings, Robert Piper (Jeanette), Michael Piper (Mary), Patricia Valentino (William), Mimi Kambic (Steve) and Joe Piper (Stephanie).
