He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Clegg and June Clegg. He is survived by: his wife Debra Clegg; his children, Annette Flynn (Justin), Kelly Laphen (Angela), Stacey Rojek (Louis), Kellie Butterbach (Mike), Andrea Davenport (John) and Bill Clegg Jr. (Emily); his sister Arlene Johnson; his grandchildren, Bethany, Madison, Louis Jr., Stella, Sage, Sophie, Charlie, Cecilla, Oliver and Kate; and his sister-in-law Shirley White (late Wally). He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel (1105 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lightways Hospice in Bill's name would be greatly appreciated.
