Holt; his stepchildren, Teddy Sargent (Paula) and Brenda Person (Don); his stepgrandsons, Jack Sargent and Mason Sargent; and his siblings, Eddie Hucher, John Hucher (Jennie), Tom Hucher (Debbie), Wanda Pazanin-Dearing (Ken Dearing) and Rose May (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
