It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter C. Krakowsky of Lockport, Illinois, born in Palos Hills, Illinois, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son James "Jimmy" Utosh; his parents, John Krakowsky and Mable Krakowsky (Nee Trebesch); and his sisters, Frances Brackins, Mary Nagle and Mable Kwilinski.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Krakowsky (Nee Hamilton); his children, Betty Hamilton, Walter Krakowsky (Jessica), Deanna Drexel (Scott) and Charles Hauhe; his grandchildren, Hanah Drexel, Tony Formella, Bobby Jean Formella, Sienna Krakowsky and Gabe Krakowsky; his great grandchildren, Angel, Arianna, Jordan and Evan; and his siblings, Madelyn Therin (Hank), Diane McCord (Joe) and John Krakowsky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, friends, and other cherished family members and friends.
