He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Zmucki and Gertrude Trojanowski (Harry); his son Terry Zmucki; and his granddaughter Lauren Zmucki. He is survived by: his wife Ilene A.; his sons, Thomas Zmucki Jr. and Timothy Zmucki (Andrea); his grandchildren, Julia, Brooke Zmucki and Zachary Zmucki; his siblings, Tony Zmucki and Yvonne Tulk (late Edward); and his stepbrother Jerry Trojanowski (late Susan).

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lightways Hospice 250 Waterstone Circle, Joliet, IL in Tom's name would be greatly appreciated.
