He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his children, Jerome Papiernik (Tijen), Raymond Papiernik (Marci), Elizabeth Stillings (Barrett) and Catherine Sowka; his grandsons, Devin and Tanner Papiernik; and his sister Geraldine Piotrowski (late Alex). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
